This weekend, we celebrated Michael's first Father's Day with a golf theme! Saturday afternoon, we grabbed snow cones and took a trip the the PGA Tour Store so Michael could try out putters and irons. When we got home, Michael started smoking ribs and a brisket for lunch the next day. Sunday, we made pancakes and bacon for breakfast, and Michael opened his presents: framed pictures of Charlotte for his office, a new putter and golf clothes.
Sunday afternoon, Michael's father, stepmother, Brent, Camie and the boys came over for lunch. Michael did a great job with his smoker, and everything was delicious! After lunch, the boys played outside, we watched golf, and Debra entertained Charlotte on the floor! It was a very relaxing day!

After everyone left, it was time for a nap!
Michael, you are the most amazing father! I love watching you with Charlotte, and I fall more in love with you each time I see the two of you together. You make her smile, laugh, and she loves to snuggle with you. She loves you unconditionally, and you take such great care of her. Thank you for being such a hands-on Daddy! She is a lucky girl!!!
